Blue Bell is my favorite ice cream. I never tire of taking the tour to watch it being made. The samples at the end of the tour are more than generous and even on the most crowded days the staff is always friendly.

A friend and I went to Bluebell while we were in TX--I'd never heard of Bluebell ice cream before that. It was a lot of fun to see inside the factory and hear the history of the ice cream, and of course the hats and ice cream at the end…
